4–10 years' post‑qualification experience (exact requirement varies by practice area; M&A roles typically 4–7 PQE)
Experience at a top‑tier law firm in relevant corporate/M&A work; recent in‑house experience desirable
Strong commercial judgment, client‑service focus and proven project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; adaptable and consultant‑minded
Valid practising certificate (or equivalent) and right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
