Short-term interim roles for experienced transactional lawyers to join in-house legal teams or secondments with major energy and industrial organisations in the UAE. Assignments are typically six months or longer, based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, and are usually full-time with some flexible arrangements available.

Work will focus on cross-border energy projects across upstream oil & gas, downstream/petrochemicals and renewable power, including project development, EPC and construction contracts, offtake and feedstock arrangements, and project finance documentation. Successful candidates will work closely with commercial teams and international partners on complex regional matters.

Qualified lawyer with 4–10 years' post-qualification experience.
Proven transactional experience in energy projects — upstream, downstream, petrochemicals or renewables.
Strong project finance and contract drafting/negotiation skills (EPCs, PPAs, joint venture and offtake arrangements).
Commercial acumen and experience with cross-border deals and the regulatory environment in the Middle East/Gulf.
