Six-month, full-time (hybrid) opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to join a flexible legal-resourcing team supporting a major mining-sector business in Brisbane. The role sits within a legal consultancy model that provides short-term and project-based senior legal support to internal stakeholders.

The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate autonomously, and manage external- and internal-facing commercial and procurement matters. You will work closely with business leaders and procurement teams to provide pragmatic, risk-focused commercial advice.

Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law, with procurement/contract experience
Proven commercial awareness, risk-management and stakeholder-management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; experience engaging with senior leadership
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
