Interim legal role for an experienced funds lawyer to support investment fund work across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically fixed-term (commonly around six months) and may be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with options for full-time or flexible arrangements.

The role involves advising on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds (private equity, real estate, hedge funds and similar), working with internal stakeholders, external counsel and regulators to ensure compliance with UAE regulatory regimes including DFSA and UAE Central Bank frameworks.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience, with strong funds/asset management practice.
Experience advising on fund structuring, operation and regulatory compliance (DFSA/UAE Central Bank desirable).
Proven ability to work directly with financial institutions and with external counsel.
Consultant mindset: adaptable, client-facing, able to manage own development and assignments.
Practising certificate or equivalent entitlement to practise in the region; regional/Middle East experience and Arabic fluency are advantageous.
