Short-term, consultant roles supporting real estate teams and in-house legal departments across the UAE on assignments typically six months in length (full time), with occasional flexible arrangements. Assignments commonly centre on commercial real estate planning, development and transactional matters.

Opportunities include advising on property acquisitions and disposals, development and project documentation, infrastructure and land agreements, landlord & tenant issues, and real-estate aspects of finance and corporate transactions. Successful candidates will join a supported consultant platform with access to training, practice support and knowledge resources.

7+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate (law firm or in-house).
Solid experience across planning, development, acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant and real-estate aspects of finance/transactions.
Middle East experience and Arabic language skills preferred.
Valid practising certificate or equivalent for the region and a consultant mindset: adaptable, client-focused and able to work on fixed-term assignments.
