Join a leading international leveraged and acquisition finance team in London advising banks, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex cross‑border financings. The role covers syndicated senior and second‑lien facilities, private credit, ABL, holdco PIK, fund financings and related infrastructure and real estate finance work.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4+ years PQE (mid to senior associate level).
Solid experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, including understanding of highly leveraged capital structures and loan products.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate commitment letters, facility agreements and intercreditor/security documentation under English law.
Experience working on cross‑border and syndicated transactions; exposure to infrastructure finance or fund financings is advantageous.
Strong client skills, commercial awareness, ability to manage demanding timetables and a collaborative approach to team working.
