Leveraged Finance Associate — New York

We are seeking associates to join a leading finance practice in New York focused on leveraged loans and acquisition financings. The role will sit on the leveraged finance team and involve structuring and documenting secured and unsecured facilities for corporate borrowers and sponsors.

Candidates with direct leveraged-finance experience are preferred, but applicants with broader leveraged or acquisition-finance experience will be considered. This is an opportunity to work on a high-volume, market-facing transactional desk within a major international firm.

• 2–7 years' transactional finance experience, with exposure to leveraged loans and acquisition financings preferred
• J.D. and active admission or eligibility to be admitted in New York; Class of 2019–2023 encouraged
• Strong drafting and deal-management skills; comfort with lender- and sponsor-side transactions
