Life Sciences Corporate Associate — Silicon Valley

Join a busy life sciences corporate team focused on transactional work for high-growth and public companies across the US and internationally. The role covers equity financings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance matters for venture-backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology clients.

The practice handles cross-border matters and works closely with other groups to support clients through company lifecycle events. The team is collaborative and expects associates to contribute on public company transactions, registered offerings, SEC matters and M&A.

• 2–4 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with equity financings, IPOs/registered offerings, SEC representation and M&A transactions
• Experience with or strong interest in life sciences clients preferred
• Ability to manage significant transaction components independently and work effectively in teams; excellent written and verbal communication
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
