Mid-level associate role on a life sciences licensing and technology transactions team in the firm's Philadelphia office. The role focuses on IP licensing, technology transfer and related transactional work for clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating patent and trademark licenses, joint development and collaboration agreements, technology and services agreements (including SaaS), distribution agreements, and conducting IP and technology-transaction due diligence in support of corporate deals.

The team works collaboratively across practices and expects candidates to handle substantial components of transactions independently while contributing effectively in deal teams.

3–4 years post-qualification experience in IP licensing or technology transactions, preferably with life sciences experience
Direct experience drafting and negotiating patent/trademark licenses, collaboration agreements, tech/services/SaaS agreements and distribution agreements
Experience performing IP and technology-transaction due diligence for corporate transactions
Strong teamwork and independent transaction management skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
