Seeking a midlevel associate to join a busy technology transactions, outsourcing and commercial contracts practice. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex technology-related commercial agreements and supporting transactional matters across multiple industry clients.

This position is open in several U.S. offices (including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia); candidates must be an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction where they will be based. Outsourcing transaction experience and familiarity with vendor arrangements are a plus.

The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package; for roles based in CA, IL, MA and NY a base salary range has been published for this level. Final compensation will depend on experience and other factors.

3–5 years of law firm experience in technology or complex commercial transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial and technology agreements
Experience with outsourcing/vendor agreements preferred
Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment
Excellent academic record and references
