Corporate, M&A and Securities Mid-Level Associate

Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks a senior-level associate to join its dynamic Corporate M&A and Securities Practice. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and the full suite of M&A and private equity documentation, as well as supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle—from initial platform acquisitions and add-ons to governance and exits. Familiarity with middle-market deal structures is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Excellent academic credentials are required; large national or international law firm experience is preferred. • 2–5 years of M&A and private equity experience.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be licensed, or ready to become licensed, in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
• Must reside in the designated jurisdiction at or prior to the time of hire.
• Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week.
