Technology Corporate – Junior Associate

Our Technology group seeks a highly qualified 2025 class associate to join our team. Candidates should have general experience working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with specific experience representing technology companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and/or private and public offerings.

We are looking for candidates with outstanding academic credentials, comparable large-firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.

• Class of 2025 associate
• Experience working in teams and independently managing substantial components of transactions
• Experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, M&A, and/or private and public offerings
