The position centers on employment counseling, with a particular emphasis on statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and the employment dimensions of M&A transactions. Candidates with some litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Three to five years of broad, sophisticated employment counseling experience
