Mid-level associate role on a life-sciences focused intellectual property team. The position centers on IP and technology transactions, including licensing, technology transfer and related commercial agreements, supporting corporate deals and diligence in the life sciences sector.

Fluency in Mandarin is required and prior experience working with Asia-related transactions is strongly preferred. The role requires someone comfortable drafting and negotiating licences and collaboration agreements, conducting IP/tech-transaction due diligence, and supporting cross-border matters.

3-5 years' experience in IP/technology licensing and life‑sciences transactions
Fluency in Mandarin; experience working on Asia-related matters preferred
Experience drafting and negotiating patent/trademark licenses, joint development/collaboration agreements, technology/service agreements (including SaaS) and distribution agreements
Experience performing IP and technology-transaction due diligence for corporate deals
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently
