- 1–5 years of patent prosecution experience, preferably in biotechnology/biological life-sciences technologies.
- Advanced degree in a life-sciences field required; Ph.D. preferred.
- USPTO registration required — candidates must already be registered or agree to sit for and pass the patent bar within 12 months of hire.
- Strong drafting, prosecution, and client-communication skills; ability to work with scientists and manage multiple matters.
