Seeking a 2–4 year litigation associate to join a busy Fort Lauderdale litigation team handling complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. The role offers significant exposure to high‑stakes matters across industries and the chance to work on motion practice, depositions, discovery/e‑discovery, hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trial preparation.

Associates will collaborate closely with senior litigators and clients to develop strategy and deliver practical, business‑focused advice. The position is full time and based in Fort Lauderdale and is well suited to candidates who want a blend of courtroom advocacy and client-facing case management.

2–4 years of litigation experience at a law firm and/or a clerkship + firm combination
Experience in complex commercial disputes; class action defense, financial, real estate, construction or securities matters a plus
Proven research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; deposition and motion practice experience
Experience in federal and state court proceedings
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for prompt admission
Ability to manage multiple matters, work independently and as part of a team; strong client‑service orientation
Federal judicial clerkship is preferred
