Commercial Litigation Associate — Wilmington

Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a Wilmington, DE litigation team. The role focuses on commercial and chancery-related litigation matters, supporting trial and motion work across the practice.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of regular in‑office presence in Wilmington.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience in Delaware Court of Chancery litigation preferred
• Demonstrated skills in drafting pleadings, motions, legal research and oral advocacy
• Superior writing, analytical and communication skills
• Admission to the Delaware Bar required; Wilmington office residency and regular in‑office attendance
