Litigation Associate — Health Care Focus

Senior litigation team at a national AmLaw firm is seeking a civil litigation associate to join its health-care focused practice. The role is open across multiple California offices and offers exposure to health-care litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitration work.

Typical assignments include managing written discovery, legal research, drafting dispositive and other motions, and supporting trial and arbitration preparation. The team values strong writing, analytical ability, and collaborative client-focused work.

• 4–7 years of civil litigation experience (California-based litigation preferred)
• Member in good standing of the California Bar
• Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills; health-care litigation experience a plus
