Anon law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its team across multiple Florida offices. The role involves handling all aspects of civil litigation on matters that include healthcare and construction disputes.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong drafting and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while interacting with clients and opposing counsel. The firm is not accepting resumes from search firms for this opening.

Juris Doctor (JD) required; licensed to practice in Florida.
Approximately 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
Experience drafting and responding to pleadings, routine motion practice, written discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
Strong writing, drafting, and client-facing skills; ability to manage matters independently.
Familiarity with healthcare litigation and/or construction litigation preferred.
Law firm experience or post-graduate clerkship preferred; strong academic record (law review, moot court, honors) favored.
