Litigation Associate — Litigation (Atlanta)

Mid-senior litigation associate role in Atlanta focused on commercial litigation, product liability and class action defense. You will work on cross‑jurisdictional matters for multinational clients, handling research, drafting, discovery and coordination with local counsel.

• 4–6 years post‑qualification litigation experience (mid to senior associate level)
• Admission to the Georgia bar
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic record
• Experience in commercial litigation, product liability and/or defending class actions preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting and organizational skills; experience managing discovery and coordinating with local counsel
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred; must be a self‑starter with good judgment and ability to prioritize under pressure
