Litigation Associate — Litigation, Minneapolis

Mid-level litigation associate position in a major national litigation practice based in Minneapolis. The team handles a broad mix of commercial, financial-services, product-liability/mass tort, environmental, white‑collar and appellate matters for clients across the U.S.

Associates will work on complex civil litigation across state and federal courts, including drafting and briefing on motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification, writs, and appeals. • 3–5 years of litigation experience (mid‑level associate)
• Experience researching and drafting briefs on complex state and federal litigation matters (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification, appeals)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Admission to the Minnesota bar or ability to become admitted as soon as practicable
