Growing litigation team seeks a 2–3 year associate to handle complex commercial and business litigation matters in the Miami office. The role includes handling federal and state court work, drafting dispositive motions, and participating in depositions and trials.

Ideal candidates will have experience with trademark infringement and unfair competition claims, familiarity with trade secrets and restrictive covenant disputes, and exposure to eDiscovery (collection, review, production). Strong research and writing skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required.

Juris Doctor (JD)
Admitted to practice in Florida
2–3 years of complex commercial/business litigation experience
Experience in federal and state court proceedings
Experience with trademark infringement and unfair competition claims
Trial and deposition experience, including drafting dispositive motions
Strong legal research and writing skills; detail-oriented
eDiscovery experience preferred; large law firm experience preferred
