Litigation Associate — New York

A global Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a mid‑level Litigation Associate to join its New York litigation team. The role focuses on commercial and financial‑services disputes across federal and state courts.

Ideal candidates will bring 2–4 years of litigation experience from a major law firm, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex casework. New York bar admission in good standing is required.

• 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably from an Am Law 100 or comparable firm
• Experience in commercial and financial‑services litigation (federal and New York state court experience preferred)
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills; strong organizational ability
• Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
