Growing litigation team in Morristown seeks a mid-level associate to work on complex commercial and consumer products matters. The role focuses on product liability, mass torts, class actions and related commercial litigation, including matters involving pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer-facing products.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, high-volume practice and handle all phases of litigation from discovery through trial preparation. The team values strong courtroom experience in New Jersey state courts and offers structured support for professional development.

3–4 years of litigation experience (may consider 5) with emphasis on product liability/torts and/or complex commercial litigation
Experience with MDLs and class actions preferred
Substantial New Jersey state-court experience required; federal court experience preferred
Proven experience across discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
Admission to the New Jersey bar required; New York bar a plus
Strong academic record and ability to work independently and within a large, collaborative team
