We are seeking an Insurance Recovery Associate to join a nationally recognized insurance recovery and counseling group. The role focuses on policyholder-side work, handling sophisticated coverage disputes, recoveries, and strategic counseling across a range of industries.

The position offers substantial responsibility and client contact, including litigation, arbitration, and pre‑litigation counseling. You will work closely with experienced lawyers in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment and be involved in all phases of matters from coverage analysis through motion practice and hearings.

Minimum 4 years' experience in insurance recovery, coverage litigation, or policyholder-side counseling
Demonstrated experience representing policyholders on coverage disputes and recovery matters
Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience with D&O, cyber, CGL, E&O, property/BI, environmental, RWI or similar coverages preferred
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the applicable state bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; high professionalism and attention to detail
Federal clerkship a plus
