A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced transactional Real Estate associate to join its real estate practice across multiple offices. This is a high-volume, complex transactional role representing tenants and buyers in sophisticated retail and industrial real estate matters.

The position offers direct client interaction with a major national retailer and the chance to work on ground leases, built-to-suit development, and acquisitions. The firm values collaboration and deep expertise, and this role sits at the center of a dynamic, nationally recognized real estate team.

The ideal candidate brings five to eight years of experience in commercial leasing (including ground leases), built-to-suit development, and real estate acquisitions. Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Five to eight years of transactional real estate experience
Strong background in commercial leasing, including ground leases
Experience with built-to-suit development agreements and related transactional documentation
Experience representing tenants and buyers in retail and industrial transactions
Ability to review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
Strong research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
Juris Doctorate required; licensed to practice in the state where the office resides
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
