Real Estate Associate — New York

A New York office is seeking a fourth-to-seventh year transactional Real Estate associate to join its established Real Estate practice. This is a full-time permanent position for a candidate with big law experience who has taken key roles on complex real estate transactions.

The role involves significant drafting and negotiation responsibilities across a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings. Prior experience performing these duties is helpful.

• Fourth to seventh year transactional Real Estate associate
• Big law experience preferred
• Significant drafting and negotiation experience
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings
• Admission to the New York Bar required
