A leading New York law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate group, working on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. The role encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing.

This is a lateral opportunity within a dynamic real estate practice that handles complex and high-value commercial matters for a wide range of clients.

Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (class of 2021–2023 preferred)
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing is advantageous
High level of academic achievement
Solid law firm experience preferred
