Apply in confidence →We are seeking commercial real estate finance associates with experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and other regulated or non-regulated lenders. The ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans. Exposure to representation of commercial real estate developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus.
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate finance experience
- Experience with securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans
- Representation of lenders (commercial and investment banks, debt funds, regulated or non-regulated) preferred
- Exposure to borrowers, developers, or owner/operators a plus
