Growing litigation practice in Richmond is seeking a full-time, partnership-track associate with roughly five years of civil litigation experience. The role offers substantive courtroom and case-management work across the firm’s commercial litigation matters and a pathway to partnership consideration.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, demonstrated client-service orientation, and a willingness to handle pro bono matters. A recent federal or state judicial clerkship is preferred and may be credited toward seniority and compensation where applicable.
