Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join a national law firm's San Francisco litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes across business, real estate, corporate governance and bankruptcy matters, working alongside experienced litigators on motion practice, discovery and depositions.

The position is office-based for the majority of the time and requires a collaborative, detail-oriented attorney who can manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced practice.

Juris Doctor (JD)
Licensed to practice in California
4–6 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
Proven experience with motion practice, written discovery, depositions and e-discovery
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
Experience at a large law firm or sophisticated litigation boutique preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not provided
