Litigation Associate — Wilmington

Growing litigation team in Wilmington seeks an associate to take ownership of civil matters across professional liability, directors & officers litigation, and general liability disputes. The role provides hands-on responsibility for drafting, motion practice, depositions and court appearances.

Successful candidates will manage discovery, prepare briefs and oral arguments, and work independently on case files while collaborating with senior litigators. Competitive compensation and a full benefits package are offered.

Admission to the Delaware bar is required.

• Admission to the Delaware Bar
• 1–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Proven experience managing discovery
• Strong legal research, brief writing and oral advocacy skills; ability to handle depositions, motion practice and court appearances independently
