Litigation Counsel — Litigation, Seattle, WA

Experienced litigation counsel position in a Seattle office of a national law firm. The role is focused on commercial litigation matters, with insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation experience strongly preferred.

The team seeks a self-starter able to manage cases from intake through resolution, with significant deposition, oral argument, and trial experience desirable. The role involves both federal and state court work and offers exposure to complex commercial disputes.

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Washington bar admission required; admission in Oregon, Idaho, and/or Alaska and documented practice experience in Washington plus at least one additional jurisdiction preferred
• 8–12 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong research and writing skills; excellent academic record
• Proven ability to run matters independently; extensive deposition, trial, and first-chair experience preferred
• Experience in federal and state court and prior large-firm or boutique firm litigation experience preferred
