Well-established international law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on leading complex commercial and dispute-resolution matters across the region and working closely with cross-border teams.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in the local litigation practice, mentoring junior lawyers and driving strategic case handling and client service. There is an expectation of active business development and the ability to grow the practice locally.

Senior litigator with a strong track record of handling complex commercial disputes in the UAE or the broader Middle East.
Admitted to practise in a common law or relevant jurisdiction; local admissions or ability to obtain UAE permissions advantageous.
Proven team leadership and mentoring experience; comfortable supervising and developing associates.
Demonstrable client development capability; portable client relationships or a plan to originate and grow work in the region.
