Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a commercial litigation practice from the Abu Dhabi office of a leading international law firm. The role will involve acting on high-value, cross-border commercial disputes and taking a visible role in business development for the regional litigation platform.

We are seeking an established partner with a demonstrable portable practice who can immediately contribute fee‑earnings and client relationships. You will work closely with a regional litigation team and be expected to drive new instructions across the UAE and broader Middle East.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, with experience on cross-border matters.
Proven portable practice / demonstrable book of business and track record of originating instructions.
Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in Abu Dhabi (local admissions/clearance as required).
Strong client-management and business-development skills; regional or Gulf experience preferred.
