Litigation Partner — Albany

Senior litigation lawyer sought to join a well-established Albany office and lead complex commercial and civil litigation matters. The role involves managing trial and appellate work, supervising associates, and engaging directly with clients on strategy and case development.

The team handles a broad mix of disputed commercial, regulatory and professional-liability matters. The hire will take on a leadership role in the office, helping grow the litigation practice locally and regionally and mentoring junior lawyers.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or relationships that can expand regional client work are encouraged to apply; the firm supports partners in business development and cross-office collaboration.

• Established partner-level litigation experience (significant trial and appellate experience preferred)
• Active admission to practice in New York and excellent courtroom advocacy and drafting skills
• Proven record of client development and ability to manage and mentor a litigation team
• Strong judgment, commercial awareness and ability to collaborate across practice groups
