Litigation Partner — Morristown

Established national law firm is seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join its Morristown office. The role focuses on leading and developing a commercial litigation practice, handling complex civil disputes and guiding a team of associates on matters from pre‑trial through trial.

This is a leadership position with responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, growing local presence, and mentoring junior lawyers. The team handles a broad cross‑section of commercial disputes for corporate and institutional clients.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including trial and motion practice.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
• Experience supervising associates and developing business development initiatives.
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work from the Morristown office.
