Established national law firm is opening a partner-level role in its Morristown office to expand its Real Estate and Construction capabilities. The role will focus on leading client relationships, originating and managing transactional and construction-related matters, and growing a regional practice.

The firm is seeking a partner with a portable practice and proven business development track record who can quickly contribute to local market growth and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a full-service firm with national platform resources while maintaining autonomy over a regional practice.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, development, and/or construction disputes).
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Track record of supervising and developing junior attorneys and managing complex matters.
Strong business development, communication, and client-service skills.
