Leading regional office is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property and Litigation team in Morristown. The role offers a senior platform to lead IP litigation matters, develop client strategy, and help grow a recently established office presence in the market.

The firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can handle high-stakes patent and related IP disputes, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent disputes and related proceedings
Track record of courtroom/trial experience and matter leadership
Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships (portable book of business welcomed)
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
