Partner — Intellectual Property, Morristown

Established national law firm seeking an experienced Intellectual Property partner to join its Morristown office. The role will involve leading IP matters across prosecution, counseling and enforcement, working with a diverse client base across industries.

The successful candidate will build and expand a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver commercial legal solutions. This is a client-facing, rainmaking role with significant business development expectations.

• Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property law (prosecution, counseling, and enforcement).
• Demonstrated track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading matter teams.
• Bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s); eligibility to practice in New Jersey preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent client communication, and collaborative cross-practice approach.
