Established national law firm is opening a Morristown office and seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its Energy & Environmental practice locally. The role combines client development, case and deal leadership, and collaboration with an existing national platform.

The successful candidate will manage a portable practice and help grow a cross-disciplinary team serving regulated energy clients, environmental compliance matters, and related transactional work. This is a leadership role with significant business-development expectations.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a mix of transactional and regulatory matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business required.
Track record of leading teams and developing business in the region.
Bar admission and credentials consistent with partner hire.
