Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Morristown office. The role will focus on advising clients across energy transactions, regulatory matters, and environmental compliance, and will work closely with a regional team on cross‑jurisdictional matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role handling complex matters, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business development and practice growth. This is an opportunity to join a broad platform with resources to support a portable practice.

Partner‑level experience in energy and/or environmental law with a proven track record on complex matters
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and business development; portable practice welcomed
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in New Jersey (or eligibility) preferred
