Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a litigation practice in the Richmond office of a leading US law firm. The role has a strong securities and white‑collar component and will handle a mix of contentious matters for corporate and private clients.

The partner will manage case teams, take a lead role in trials and investigations, and work closely with clients on strategy and risk mitigation. There is flexibility to handle a range of client matters, including engagements for smaller or private clients.

Portable business is welcome; the role includes responsibility for developing new client relationships and expanding regional litigation capabilities.

Admission to practice in Virginia and broad litigation experience at partner level
Substantial securities litigation and/or white‑collar investigations experience
Proven trial and courtroom experience and the ability to lead teams
Track record of business development; portable client relationships welcomed
