The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers and life‑sciences clients on complex litigation and regulatory disputes, overseeing significant matters and guiding junior lawyers.

The partner will manage and develop a team, collaborate with other practice groups, and contribute to business development efforts. Portable client relationships and an ability to originate and grow work in the healthcare sector are highly valued.

Established partner-level litigation experience focused on healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Proven trial and motion practice; experience managing litigation teams and high‑stakes disputes.
Track record of business development; portable client relationships desirable.
Active bar admission in Virginia (or willing to seek admission) and strong professional references.
