Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Richmond litigation team focused on securities-related and white-collar matters. The role will involve leading significant contested matters, supervising associates, and handling trials and regulatory interactions.

The group represents private and institutional clients across investigations, enforcement, and complex civil litigation. The position offers substantial autonomy to develop and grow a litigation practice within a multi-office platform.

Portable practice welcome: candidates with an existing book of business or demonstrable client origination ability will be given priority.

Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
Proven trial and/or significant contested litigation experience
Demonstrated business development ability or portable client relationships preferred
Experience supervising associates and managing litigation matters from intake through resolution
