Well-established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Richmond office to strengthen its employment and labor litigation bench. The role focuses on defending employers and advising on complex workplace disputes across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work closely with existing litigation teams to expand the practice regionally. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portable practice and play a central role in business development and team growth.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portability of book of business welcomed
Bar admission in Virginia (or ability to obtain) and experience in federal and state employment litigation
Strong leadership, mentoring, and business development skills
