Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Richmond litigation team with a primary focus on commercial litigation and labor & employment matters. The role involves managing complex disputes across healthcare, professional liability and construction-related matters.

This is a rainmaking role: the firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can build and lead client matters, mentor junior lawyers, and expand regional market presence. The position offers partnership-level resources and support for business development.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with a strong employment/labor practice background.
Proven track record of handling complex matters in healthcare, professional liability or construction litigation.
Demonstrated business development ability — able to bring or grow client relationships and a portable practice.
Strong trial and ADR advocacy skills and experience supervising case teams.
Active admission to the Virginia bar (or ability to obtain admission).
