Litigation Partner — San Francisco

Senior litigation partner role in the firm’s San Francisco office focused on class actions and privacy/data‑protection disputes. The position will lead high‑stakes, complex litigation matters, working closely with in‑house teams and outside counsel on strategy and trial or appellate work.

The role combines case leadership with client relationship management and business development. You will supervise and mentor associates, coordinate cross‑discipline internal resources, and help grow the practice regionally and nationally.

• Established partner with deep experience handling complex class actions and privacy/data‑protection litigation.
• Proven track record of leading trial or high‑stakes motion practice and managing litigation teams.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.
• Bar admission and relevant courtroom experience in California.
