Experienced litigation partner sought to join a busy litigation team in Carlsbad with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will handle high‑stakes civil and regulatory litigation, lead case strategy, and appear in court and before tribunals as needed.

This is a client‑facing position: you will manage and grow client relationships, supervise associates and support staff, and collaborate across practice groups on complex matters. The team values practical advocacy, strong regulatory knowledge, and commercial judgment.

Established partner‑level litigation experience, including securities and/or white‑collar defence or enforcement matters.
Proven record of leading complex litigation and managing teams of associates and staff.
Strong courtroom and regulatory advocacy skills; comfort with motion practice, depositions, and hearings.
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission.
