Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation teams in the Carlsbad area. The role focuses on handling complex employment disputes, counseling clients on workplace issues, and leading litigation matters from intake through trial.

The successful candidate will help grow an existing regional practice, collaborate with trial teams, and supervise associates. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced practitioner with an established book of business or the ability to bring portable clients and referrals.

Partner-level litigation experience with substantial Employment & Labor matters
Proven track record of courtroom or trial experience preferred
Portable practice or demonstrable business development ability desirable
Active admission to the relevant state bar and the ability to practice in the U.S.
Experience supervising junior lawyers and developing client relationships
